Hello, I was just wondering how big your stretcher is (you may have answered sometime before, sorry) and how did you find the process?

My stretcher is 10mm/1cm big. I can’t really remember it that accurately as I stretched it when I was 13, which was almost 6 years ago now, but I found it pretty easy. I’ve heard that one ear is always easier - I believe that because I stretched both and the one I kept was the less painful one. I did mine myself so it was painful, you just have to do them in the shower and twist them every day. You also have to take care of them as they heal. Also only go up incrementally as the risk of splitting your ear is high and if you do that it will heal weirdly. Apart from that it’s easy and not that badly painful!
